Every Morgan Olson Kestrel is built with a multi-stage process that allows fleets to receive a highly customized, purpose-built vehicle tailored to their exact operational needs.
The process begins with the Jeep Gladiator chassis, which currently carries an estimated 12-week production timeline from Jeep. Once the chassis is completed, the vehicle moves to Morgan Olson for body manufacturing and integration, which typically requires an additional 4-6 weeks depending on configuration and options selected.
After the Morgan Olson build is complete, Blue Collar Customs completes the final stage upfit process. This can include emergency and warning lighting, graphics and branding, ladder rack systems, additional storage solutions, power management systems, fleet technology integration, and other customer-specific accessories and modifications.
To help reduce overall lead times, Blue Collar Customs may have incoming production slots, units already in production, or inventory vehicles available for reservation below. Customers can select from these available units and configure the final-stage upfit package to meet their specific operational requirements, significantly shortening delivery timelines compared to a fully custom factory order.
